One pair of all-black Powercage Platform stationary bike pedals with commercial-grade bearings and CrMo 9/16" threaded axle. Includes a dial-adjusted cage on one side and flat platform on the opposite side.
Fits most stationary bikes. Not compatible with "tapered shaft" crank arms found on some Star Trac, Spinner and Schwinn bikes, nor bikes requiring 1/2" thread. Please check your owner's manual and our compatibility tutorial video.
*For use on stationary bikes only: Cage may strike the ground if used on regular bicycles, causing the rider to lose control of the bicycle.
Powercage Platform Pedals (one pair)
A 15mm open-end wrench or adjustable "crescent" wrench is required to remove old pedals and install Powercage pedals. It is recommended to grease threads prior to installation. Install very firmly (35 N-m minimum). Please watch our installation tutorial video.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The LEFT pedal on all bicycles have a REVERSE THREAD - "righty loosey, lefty tighty". This helps prevent loosening during riding. Attempting to install LEFT pedals by turning clockwise (to the right) will destroy your crank arm.
